Hello, my name is Shannon Bryant and I have been a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer since 2003. I have helped many women and men ages 16 – 60 get in the best shape of their life. There is a God given passion inside me for fitness.   

I am a busy mother of two and a full time teacher. I still make fitness a priority. The methods I use work and I do not have to spend endless hours to achieve results. I also do not succumb to dietary legalism. No way! I have cravings, but I know how to balance them out. Life is meant to be enjoyed. There is no better way to experience that enjoyment than by exuding a radiant and healthy body.     

My approach to fitness is unique. With a pre-med background, teaching science and chemistry, I strive to understand the body from a biologic and chemical perspective.  However, that foundation is just the beginning of what goes into fitness.

Fitness requires overall health. Webster online defines Health as:

1 a : the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit; especially : freedom from physical disease or pain

2 a : flourishing condition : well being  

   b : general condition or state

There is a body, mind and spirit connection. As your quest for fitness begins, know that your “key” is unique and together we will break, crack, free, release, unfasten, unseal and unlatch the fit person you are meant to become. In other words, your gateway into fitness is about to become “unlocked!”
